Classic Greek Tomato Salad

Ingredients:
20 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
10 Kalamata olives
1 medium red onion, cut into thin slices
1/2 pound feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine or balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients reserving a portion of the onions
and feta cheese to toss on top. Serves 2.
